CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Baptiste Foundation Power Flow – Love the thought of Power Yoga but a little bit shy of knowing just how it’s
done. This class is designed to take the student through the Power Yoga sequence at a slower rate and
with full instruction on asanas, but don’t be fooled into thinking it’s not challenging – Expect to sweat
and fall in love with this moving meditative style of yoga. Questions are encouraged.


Baptiste Power Hour Flow – Faster Vinyasa flow with expectations of a medium to advanced practitioner of yoga.
This fast-paced class is held in 80-85-degree heat and inversions and a strong mental discipline can be
expected.


Slow Flow Vinyasa – Just what the name says … this vinyasa class is done at a slower pace and positions
held longer in-between movements. Modifications and alignment cues are given to ensure the validity
of each posture. Meditation, breathing and relaxing stretches add a nice icing on the cake.


Gentle Yoga – Enjoy a peaceful night of gentle yoga done surrounded by the soft glow of candles.


Pre/Post-Natal Yoga – Mamma to be! This class brings forth a positive effect on pregnancy for both
mother and baby before and after delivery. Postures, breathing and a calming mental focus will leave
you feeling well prepared and confident about the upcoming miracle. Beginners and experienced
students encouraged to participate.


Sunday Karma Class – This class promotes community Karma happening. Foundation Power Flow class
is open to all, but donations are encouraged. All donations will be given to a local charity.
